Healthy Japanese Cooking

I will introduce my favorite  Japanese cooking recipe here.                                                                       

 

1. maki zusi (まきずし)

                                                                                                                

  ingredients

       2 cup rice

         3 tablespoonfuls of rice vinegar

     2 tablespoonfuls of sugar

       1 teaspoonful of salt

        3~4 sheets of nori(seaweed)

        1 cucumber

        1 avocado

        crab meat (this can be can or kamaboko. if it is from can you can mix it with mayonnaise)

        sesame seeds

  how to make

    @cook rice with right amount of water

  Amixtogether

  Bafter cooking rice, sprinkle Awith rice and stir fanning the rice with a paper fan

  Cleave the rice for a while and let it cool down

     Dif you have a bamboo mat (which is for rolling sushi) ,put 1 sheets of nori on it.(if you don't have it, just put nori on your cutting board)

     Eput rice on the nori  and make the rice flat

     Fput sliced cucumber and avocado and crab meat on the rice in a straight line close to your side

     Groll it into the other side

     Hafter finishing rolling the rice, cut it into pieces and sprinkle sesame seeds on each section
